5. Shipping and Delivery  -  We offer shipping within Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal service disruptions or customs delays.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
